Markham’s official process begins with the Technical Review Application. New eligible work should not skip this step.
CCTV and permit sequence
After initial approval, lateral CCTV information is reviewed before the City issues the Technical Review Approval used for the building permit.
Finish with inspection and application
The work must be inspected before the homeowner submits the rebate application and invoices.
