Markham’s programme is currently extended to the end of April 2027 and uses a technical-review, CCTV, approval, permit and inspection process.
- Indoor storm or sanitary backwater valve: current maximum up to $1,750
- Outdoor storm or sanitary backwater valve: current maximum up to $2,000
- Weeping-tile gravity redirection: current maximum up to $3,000
- Weeping-tile disconnection and sump pump: current maximum up to $5,000
- Eligible storm or sanitary lateral repair or relining: current maximum up to $2,500
