As of May 1, 2026, Toronto advertises up to $6,650 per eligible property for qualifying work completed on or after November 12, 2025, subject to current City rules.
- Home plumbing assessment support: 80% up to $500
- Backwater valves and eligible alarms: 80% up to $1,600 each, maximum two valves
- Sump pump and eligible alarm: 80% up to $2,250
- Eligible battery backup power: 80% up to $300
- Foundation-drain severance and capping: 80% up to $400
